5 star service without the price tag! Nadija styled my 1x1 to perfection! Where I think most agents wouldn't put in much effort for an apartment, Nadija treats each property as if it is a multi-million dollar listing. Exceptional service, competitive rate, and a great result! Friends recommended Nadija and Dan to me to sell my property and I am so happy I went with them. I had previously been to a home open they ran with my friend who was looking to buy, and was impressed with the way they operated and how they made prospective buyers feel. This was a stark contrast to some of the bigger agencies (and egos!) that my partner and I encountered when looking to purchase a home. They are both genuine and hardworking people who seem to really enjoy what they do. Their rate was very competitive and included styling, which was a great bonus. The styling was done very nicely and I think helped secure the final sale price for me. They also went above and beyond, connecting me with reliable tradespeople who helped me get the property perfectly prepared for sale.
